We collect information from you when you place an order, fill out a form, or subscribe to our newsletter.


What personal information do we collect?

When purchasing a voucher either by telephone or at www.danielbridge.co.uk, we will collect only the required data needed to complete an order. This includes the following:

  • Full Name.
  • Payment details.
  • Contact information such as an Email Address or a Phone Number.
  • Demographic information such as a Shipping and Billing Address, and associated Post Codes.

We may request and store the same information to allow us to confirm appointments.


What do we do with your information?

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • To address you by your first and last name.
  • To process your order and take payment.
  • In-house record keeping/accounting.
  • To improve our services and products.
  • If you subscribe to our newsletter, we periodically send promotional emails about special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

We only hold your personal information for the minimum necessary time. For purposes such as business accounting requirements, the length of time is determined by legislation.


How can you control our use of your personal information?

If you do not wish us to retain your contact details, please notify us after your tuition/workshop. This will ensure your data is removed from our records. However, this will mean that should you conduct any future business with us, you will need to provide this information again.

With regard to the newsletter subscription, you have the right to unsubscribe or delete any of your data collected via your MailChimp preferences (you will find the unsubscribe/delete link at the foot of every newsletter you receive).


Security

We conduct regular Malware scans to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.

Your personal information is encrypted, and contained behind secured networks. It is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and who are required to keep the information confidential.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and your credit card/bank account details are not stored or processed on our servers.

Our website is protected with a Secure Sockets Layer which encrypts sensitive/credit information.

We do not provide your personal information to any third parties for the purpose of direct marketing. However, in the course of using the website, or signing up to offers, some third party administration is necessary.
